Before you leave

  • Confirm destination rules and pet-friendly stops.
  • Save veterinary and emergency contact details.
  • Check identification and contact information.
  • Plan water, regular breaks, and a comfortable temperature.
  • Measure the vehicle before buying any fit-dependent accessory.

Pack by use order

  • First access: leash, waste bags, water, bowl.
  • During the drive: cleanup towel and any routine items you normally use.
  • Arrival: destination supplies and a familiar settling item.
  • Backup: spare bags, towel, and a copy of key information.

Vehicle check

  • Keep doors, vents, controls, and passenger access clear.
  • Follow your vehicle and restraint manufacturers' instructions.
  • Never rely on a seat cover or platform as a restraint.
  • Do not leave a dog alone in a parked vehicle; review current dog car-travel guidance and local conditions before the trip.

Two-minute return reset

  1. Remove waste and damp items.
  2. Dry or wash the towel and bowl.
  3. Refill the water supply.
  4. Return the leash and bags to their usual place.

TrovaPaw publishes fit and product details only after the exact item and fulfillment route are validated.
