30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be in the condition in which it was received, unused except for a reasonable fit inspection, with all included components and original packaging. You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

Before returning anything, email support@trovapaw.com. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address after reviewing the request.

Vehicle fit and change-of-mind returns

Please measure your vehicle before ordering and review all published dimensions and compatibility guidance. Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping for fit issues and change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@trovapaw.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label so we can evaluate the issue. When we confirm a covered error, TrovaPaw will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or return arrangement.

Exceptions

Gift cards and items marked final sale are not returnable. We cannot accept items that are materially used, altered, incomplete, contaminated with pet waste or returned outside the 30-day window, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

We will notify you after the authorized return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment processing has started.
