OVERVIEW
This website is operated under the TrovaPaw brand. These Terms of Service apply when you visit trovapaw.com or purchase a product from TrovaPaw. The store is currently in prelaunch validation and is not accepting product orders.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site, misuse its content, submit false information, or attempt unauthorized access. You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement where you live to place an order when sales become available.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to describe products, compatibility, dimensions, materials, availability and pricing accurately. Product specifications that remain under validation are identified as such and are not promises. A dog seat cover or extender is not a substitute for an appropriate restraint, vehicle instructions or responsible supervision.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
When sales become available, submitting an order will be an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailable inventory, pricing error, suspected fraud, shipping restriction or inability to fulfill. Payment must be successfully authorized before fulfillment. We do not currently accept orders while the store remains in prelaunch validation.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping estimates, available destinations and charges will be shown before checkout once a fulfillment route is approved. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
TrovaPaw branding, original text, graphics and site design may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission, except where applicable law permits.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store uses Shopify and may use payment, shipping, analytics and other service providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make TrovaPaw responsible for their content.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and prelaunch information are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. TrovaPaw is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss to the extent such limits are permitted by law.

CHANGES
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the store, products, services or law. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
