Shipping availability

TrovaPaw is currently in pre-launch validation and is not accepting product orders. When ordering opens, the available destinations, shipping charge and delivery estimate will be shown before checkout.

United States shipping

Our initial shipping configuration is limited to eligible United States addresses. Standard shipping is currently staged at $8, with free standard shipping for qualifying orders of $70 or more. Expedited shipping is not offered.

Processing and delivery estimates

The current staging estimate for standard delivery is 3–8 business days. This estimate is not a guarantee and will be confirmed against the approved fulfillment route before sales begin. Business days exclude weekends and applicable carrier holidays.

Tracking

When an eligible order ships, the tracking number and carrier link will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking events can take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact support@trovapaw.com as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. For a package that arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or does not arrive within the carrier's final estimate, contact support@trovapaw.com with the order number and relevant photos or tracking details so the issue can be reviewed.

Final carrier, origin, exclusions and delivery terms will be updated after supplier validation and before the store accepts orders.
